We were referred to Dr. Michalkow by our dentist. From beginning to end it was a positive experience. Doc made my son so comfortable from the get-go; he assured him he would smile with his teeth within 18 months, and now he does (my son hid his teeth). More importantly, he shared images from his previous work that made my son realize he wasn’t alone, and what the end result would be… this went a long way. His bedside manner with tweens is unmatched. The people throughout the office are clearly there because they love their profession, and it shows. My son had a fairly severe underbite when we first started going to Dr. Michalkow. I thought for sure we were in for a lengthy and costly treatment experience. In less than a year, my son’s bite was completely corrected and his teeth are looking great!
