We had our first visit with our seven year old son yesterday. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Michalkow and his staff. They were all so nice and made us feel very welcomed and relaxed. Dr. Michalkow and Patti were so great with our son. He explained everything very well and I felt confident in his abilities and plan for our son. Dr. Michalkow came highly recommended by my children’s family dentist. Since meeting Dr. Michalkow I can see why he is the best orthodontist around. He (and his staff) are friendly and professional. His office is clean, easy to reach from the highway with a relaxed atmosphere. Dr. Michalkow does not push or pressure. He is honest and is ready to do what is in the best interest of the child. On my day off and they squeezed us in and were so friendly about it. When we got there we were greeted by the awesome front desk staff, with a smiling face and helpful attitude. Then they took us back and we were greeted by Patti, who is super sweet and so helpful in explaining things for me to understand and comprehend. After, we met Dr. Michalkow, who was so friendly and patient. They all showed me what they were looking at and expressed genuine concern for McKenzie. They not only squeezed us in for the appointment but they also squeezed us in for actual braces that day as well because that was so much more convenient for me while I was off work. McKenzie can’t wait to go back and said, “they are so nice and have great spirit and energy”. Ps. The office is gorgeous and technology is amazing! Nicci Whitney

The staff is kind and knowledgeable and easy to work with. Dr M has taken great care to explain every step of the plan along the way … but not just to me. He and the rest of the staff make a point of talking to my daughter since she’s the patient. (which is something we really appreciate! it is very apparent that they want the kids to be comfortable and well treated) Not only has it been a good experience but we’ve had great results and my daughter has a beautiful, healthy smile!
